Exclusion Login

If you wish to exclude yourself from the lawsuit (also called “opting out”), you will be giving up your right to receive any benefits under the lawsuit but you will retain any rights you may have to bring your own, separate lawsuit about the issues in the present lawsuit named Vakilzadeh, et al. v. The Trustees of the California State University, Lead Case No. 20STCV23134. You can exclude yourself on an individual basis only; so-called “mass” or “class” opt outs are not allowed.

To exclude yourself, you must submit an Exclusion Request no later than September 4, 2025.
